The recruiters are very manipulative. They aren’t trying to find the appropriate fit for candidate and practice. They just want bodies in a seat. I found the process not to be above board.
Internal move. Call from recruiter about experience, interest etc. Partner call to discuss management style and technical experience, background, relevant skills and interest in role. Interviewed for a role in London.
Competency based with competencies included in their website, they were a bit slow to respond and had to chase them, their offer was very low but when i rejected they came back with a much better offer
