I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
Apply Online through school's career management center, First round on campus, second round at offices (Chicago). The office interview consisted of three interviews in a row with a staff member, senior manager, and partner. Interviews can be very conversational if you make them. I had interviews that did not even touch on traditional behavioral questions.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Singapore) in Oct 2013
Interview
Interview was conducted in a group. Surprising, the senior manager asked us all to interview him instead by asking him what we wanted to find out. He answered our questions and I liked how I learnt a lot from the interview. However it was puzzling as we only did a self-introduction on our studies and background and interests. Since it was a winter internship, I guessed they needed the people anyway. The offer came a few weeks later.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied through my campus career center and they got back to me within a couple weeks saying that I would receive a first round interview. First round was over the phone for about 30 minutes and purely conversational and about my background and why I wanted to work at EY. He asked me if I had any questions for him and it ended shortly after that. I was invited back for a super day about 2 weeks later. It was two 30-40 minute interviews that were 95% behavioral/fit. The interviews were easy and the employers that interviewed me were really chill.
