EY Assurance interview questions

After the initial application, there were some psychometric tests to complete. Upon completion, I made it to the assessment day stage. There was a group activity, individual testing, and an interview with a partner and manager. Each stage was quite straightforward. Additionally, we had lunch with the partners, and grabbed a coffee with some graduates. The process was very well done and gave a great insight to working life at EY.

Test online, followed by verification at testing center in Bucharest. Then the one interview with a Senior Manager and a representative from the HR department. I received a call the same day with the decision of offer.
