Interview
Got selected for campus-interview through school job fair. On campus interview was with a senior tax manager; it went really well. The next I received a call from the recruiter asking me to attend their office interview after a week. Interviewed with two senior staffs and a partner during the office interview.

Interview
I applied through the campus recruitment. The hiring process started with a pre placement talk. Next step was the candidates had to appear for an online test which comprised of logical verbal and accounting sections and then hr interview. Both online test and hr interview were simultaneous then candidates clearing both the online test and the hr interview had to face technical 1 and technical 2 interviews. Candidates clearing both tech 1 & 2 were given the job offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Londra, Inghilterra) in Apr 2016
Interview
Largely a strengths-based interview, which was after a short presentation on a "Better Working World". The interviewer was very unresponsive and the interview was very structured Q&A, as opposed to a conversation - possibly to give an equally fair assessment to all applicants. The interview was conducted after a group task and written assessment, of which the latter was tougher.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very typical interview questions which were strengths-based as opposed to competency-based.
E.g. "How do you feel working as part of a team?" instead of "Describe a time when you operated as part of a team."
