Competency based interview. Questions also regarded personal ambitions for the future and why you Assurance instead of Advisory or other service lines. Generally easy interview, quite challenging to pursue that you are really passionate about it.
The stage 3--online video questions section is quite tricky, need to prepare a lot for that, especially technology part. People in AC are friendly and the environment isn't intense. There are several parts in AC, 3 of them are about technology.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Londra, Inghilterra) in May 2019
Interview
It was quite easy, and straight forward. The first stage was a situational judgment test that almost took 45 minutes to an hour. After that they invited you to a virtual EY world which had a few numerical and verbal reasoning questions. It took abit over an hour for that stage. The last stage was them getting to know you, they invited you to an experience day which started at around 10 and ended at 3:30. The day was spend doing some numerical and reasoning tests and some personal skills interviews.
