I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Kuala Lumpur) in Jul 2015
Interview
Since I'm a fresh graduate, the interview was pretty easy and straightforward. Rule of a thumb: If you're in the room for more than one hour as a fresh graduate with no experience, then the interview is in your favor. The person who interviewed me is a Partner in EY and he's a pretty humble and easy going guy.
Overall, the interview was more of a get-to-know-you session and there was nothing stressful. The partner wants to know more about you, so that he can evaluate whether you'll be able to work in a team.
Just be yourself, show your eagerness and willingness, be prepared to answer questions and ask some smart questions. Of course, take down notes of what advices or insights that was given by the partner. Early preparation and confidence is key to nailing the interview! Also, you must at least figure out what is your career aspirations, goals and how do you plan to achieve it.
