Take an assessment when you apply. If accepted, Two interviews, first is phone call, lasts 30-40 mins. If you get through, you get a second interview which is 90 minutes. Listen to calls and get asked questions. If all goes well, offered job.

It was held virtually through WebEx website. The interviewer will ask you to tell you more about yourself first, then start asking the interview questions. There is no special need for certain attire, just wear casually.
