I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Discover in Mar 2022
Interview
Apply, then do a Pymetrics challenge that takes ~ 1 hour.
Next have a 30 minute or so chat with a Program Manager -- all behavioral.
Lastly is a 45 minute interview with 2 managers/directors -- technical for the first 15 minutes wanting to know SQL/Python experience and then will gauge SQL knowledge by asking a question or two. Next 30 minutes is a case study.
The process was straightforward. The interviewer was friendly. The whole experience was quick and painless. The interview questions were thorough but not difficult. The interviewer laid out expectations for benefits, responsibilities, and onboarding in a plain and simple way.
