Discover interview questions

Very long process and never followed up as they said they would. Took over two months and they still said no. Why waste my time? It was very annoying seeing how it was so long.

I applied online. Got an email to schedule a phone interview the next day, had a phone interview about 5 days later; all basic question, they literally go over your entire resume,and than quick position overview, HR person tells you what your hours will be and if you're ok with it (you have to accept it or you don't get the job). At the end of interview we scheduled in-person interview where they ask you to bring your latest updated resume, your ID and dress professionally. I had my interview the next day, questions about your previous jobs, why do you want to work for discover, discussed schedule, pay, benefits, HR person gave me a quick overview of the job and a department; the whole thing took about 30 minutes. the next day I sent a thank you email, and sent a follow up email week later, both were ignored. I haven't heard anything since my interview which was about 2 weeks ago, application status still says considering but I'm pretty sure I didn't get it. The whole process was nice and pleasant, except for the part where they keep you in the dark about getting/not getting a job for so long, I wish they send you an email right after the interview saying yes or no.
