Interview
Fairly typical interview process. Went smoothly and without any red flags. I felt comfortable with the people doing the interview, very casual. I felt as if they were truly trying to find out if I would be a good fit for the company.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (New Castle, DE) in Jan 2016
Interview
The recruiter for this role contacted me via email asking to speak with me via phone. Myself and the recruiter spoke for about 20-25 minutes in regards why I was interested in the role and I also went over my resume. The recruiter then asked me 3 behavioral questions that basically were "knock out questions."
I moved to the 2 round of interviews. Which consisted of one in-person interview with the Hiring Manager. And 3 phone interviews with the managers on the team that are located in different states. I also took a tour of the facility, which was nice because I got to see the culture at the site.
Each interviewer allowed me to explain my background and ask questions, and they all asked me structured behavioral questions.
