I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (New York, NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
I applied in September. I got an email on November 28th inviting me to their super day on December 1st. I ended up doing a total of 3 interviews within the same day. I got a call a couple of weeks later telling me that they liked me but wouldn't make a final decision until the end of the month. The end of the month came and I did not hear from them. The first week of the following month I received an email saying the job position had been filled and I was not selected. A week later I got a call telling me that I was receiving an offer. The whole process seems poorly managed. It was stressful to receive a rejection email only to be given an offer a week later. I am unsure if maybe the spots had filled up but someone decided to turn the company down and I was the next best candidate. I did, however, really like the people that interviewed me. They were all very smart accomplished individuals who were friendly and open. I'm supposed to get my official offer letter next week. I am unsure if I will accept. I really like the people but New York City is expensive and with my skill set I have confidence I could find more job options if this job does not pay well.

Question 1
They asked me about my past experience and some very basic programming questions.
Applied online and then did the assessment centre. The experience was really good and quick. Got the offer 1 month and a half after I applied. Everything was very well organized.
