Invitation for the Situational Judgement Test after applying, which includes an online questionnaire and assessment. Seemed easy overall, but was tough as they are looking for specific answers before driving you to the next stage of the application.

I did a series of tests first, then after passing I was prompted to a video interview. The VI was alright with mainly motivational questions. I had 2 mins to prepare my response and then 2 mins to answer.

Interview
I applied for a role, then was asked to complete a numerical test and lastly, an interview. I have never heard back from them after my interview. My application is pending for over 6 months now. It's very frustrating, rude and unprofessional. If this is how they treat applicants, I don't want to know how they treat employees.
