Two to three initial interviews where your fit and competency is measured against Deloitte's reference framework. If you cross that hurdle. you are invited to a whole day Assessment centre where you are intereviewed by a Partner and a Director/Partner, your presentation skills are measured and your performance and team skills are measured during a group case study.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Deloitte in Sep 2011
Interview
There seems to be a disconnect between HR of different entities within teh firm. You can get an interview offer from one and a call from another HR person next day to do a phone interview for a different role in a related entity. Creates confusion for candidate. Interview process was smooth and well organized. I arrived at the location. Reception was warm. First interviewer conducted technical/business acumen test. Presented a case study, a bid we need to respond to and what solution design I would propose and why. Really liked that. Next met with several senior leaders and practice leads for general business acumen and industry dicsussion. Went well. However, they kept asking me why I wante dto leave current firm, since I told them I was not a disgruntled employee trying to quit current job, which was the truth but looking for something new. Guess they could not buy that. They cited that as reason for not hiring me. Strange!
