I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2020
Interview
2 rounds of interviews. The first round was two 30 minutes back to back interviews with a senior manager and a partner. It was the best interview experience I have ever had. It was not like an interview at all, it was more like them getting to know me. They barely asked me questions and made it super conversational. We honestly just talked about a bunch of random stuff. After a day, I got an email from the campus recruiter saying that I made it to the final round. A few employees that I know from the company and one of the interviewers even emailed me to say congrats to me, which was so sweet. The second round interview was with the head of the Seattle office (Crazy right?), and he again never asked me a question but sharing his experiences with me, and allowed me to ask him questions. I think that they care more about whether or not you are able to hold a conversation (they want people they could put in front of their clients), and if you are a good fit for them. so DON'T BE AWKWARD AND SHOW THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THEM. Such a great experience and nice people.

Question 1
Tell me a little bit about yourself?
Tell me a time when you were given a task that you had no idea how to do it. How did you handle it?
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Why this role? Why this firm?
Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
