Interview
Deloitte loves the case interview method, assuming that your ability to come up with an answer quickly carries over to real world consulting situations. The basic format is 30 minutes behavioral and 30 minutes case interviewing. I think a common mistake people make, to include myself, is to focus more on the case interview than the behavioral part. With public sector consulting this is a definite mistake because the case will not have ANY math and will instead deal with strategy, which is generally less troubling for people.

What are your recommendations for an agency trying to improve its security clearance process?
Really long process; after a verbal offer, I got ghosted and now the offer is rescinded because my expected salary is higher than that of another candidate:) Very disappointing and discouring experience
I interviewed at Deloitte (Manchester, Inghilterra)
Interview
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
