The manager called me to set up the interview with the team. Sounded like they needed to hire someone quickly, so I quickly got to meet and talk to the team. Interview process was quick and not too hard. They needed someone with Hardware experience, and I didn't have, so I made sure to let them know that even though I didn't have the experience, I was really willing to learn and improve my skills. After all interviews, I never heard back from them. I sent an email after a while to the manager and received no replies at all. I knew I didn't get the job, but I was hoping to get a feedback or something. Just felt a lack of consideration from the team.
