Deliveroo Strategy Manager interview questions

Applied online. Got an email from their recruiter a few days later to schedule a call. Call seemed to go well. The guy was really friendly and the questions showed he had a really strong understanding of my current role, and the role being hired for. At the end of the interview he said he would like to pass me to the next round, although he would need to clear it with the hiring manager, so said he would get back to me in "2-3 days". Additionally, he went on to say there are a number of other roles currently hiring that he would be interested to put me forward for, and that he would send me on the JDs. It's now been 2 weeks. I have chased him 3 times and heard nothing back. Really poor.
