The interview process was very very very unstructured. The person I was in contact was meant to be my manager if I was hired. She would only reply after I send her a few emails. I went through one face-to-face interview, and then a case study where I failed. The case study involved Deliveroo data set that they expected you to analyse and come up with some conclusions.

One of the most disappointing recruitment processes I have ever experienced. The lack of follow-up and unresponsive HR team made the entire process unprofessional. I am unsure if this is a common issue across the entire organization or specific to the Paris office, but it significantly impacted my perception of the company

Applied online. HR called for basic CV questions, 1st interview with hiring manager, mostly behavioural. Then 2 rounds of technical interview on SQL and Excel, followed by another round if case study presentation.
