30 min phone call with Head of Recruitment (Engineering). Somehow, I did not find it easy to talk about my career with the type of asked questions (no STAR questions, rookies questions). The manager was not interested to hear or answer my questions at the end of the interview. He let me ask one question, the line cut, I called back and he told me he would provide me feedback. I have never experienced such unprofessional approach.. Rather a pity for them, as evaluating questions of a candidate is often relevant .. After the call, I didn't want to work for then anyway and would never recommend them or use their service.
