Deliveroo Business Development Manager interview questions

The interview was relax and not difficult. BUT if you are an international graduate who is looking for joining a startup to kick start your career, this is not the place for you. I found this job title is eligiable for visa sponsorship from Home Office website before I submitted my application. And I told them I will need a sponsorship during my phone interview. Then I was invited to the final round, which logically means that Deliveroo is willing to sponsor a visa. But in the end I was rejected because the recruiter said they cannot sponsor visa for this role, and they only sponsor senior roles. If you are a fresh international graduate who has enough experience to start working as a senior manager then Deliveroo will be suitable for you.

Very professional. I had three interviews, all of which were conducted well and thoughtfully. They were challenging but also felt like conversations rather than a series of questions. I then had to complete a task in my own time and present it at the final interview.
