Suicide Drills, to see how fit and if you're willing to push yourself. Then put into a group with a couple of sport items and had to come with a new sport. Then once shortlisted they'll ask for you salary preference.
Easy to Crack. No education or technical knowledge needed. Need to be sporty and fit. Good communication skills .... asked me about my personal life. My journey and why i want want to to join the company
Applications are usually initially made based on recommendations from colleagues. This is followed by a two-stage interview process. If the first interview with the head of the sports department is successful, a second interview is conducted with the store manager, and the process is evaluated.
