Interview
The interview process was very informal. I received a phone call, answered a few questions an was then invited for a face to face meeting. I could clearly see that the interviewer was not following any standard or protocol. She was very friendly and fired the questions away randomly. At the end of the interview I felt I had made a friend though. Very relaxing environment.
