Interview
Very relaxed, competency based. First stage was telephone screening, followed by very informal interview with middle manager and partner organisation manager. Whole process took about a month. HR department are now very stretched so likelihood is that this will now be a longer process to complete, depending on role or level being applied for.
Simple. Give you a competency test and then a quick interview. Nothing unusual. Meet with a few people to evaluate fit and background. recruiter is responsive and little delay in communication.
General questions about attitude and interests, with some technical background regarding the academic path and personal experiences, wth some deep dive into some aspects relative to the job at hand in a nutshell
