I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Connected (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process had total of three rounds. First two rounds were technical and the last round was behavioural. I got the offer. But had to refuse because my old company retained me with a counter offer. Sent a professional email that I will not be able to join explaining the entire situation. Was hoping for a more professional reply saying that if you're looking for an opportunity again we'll be happy to have you onboard. Rather got a rude/unprofessional reply saying that this is a red flag and they won't be hiring me again. Also lots of trash talk about my current employer. After reading that email I was just super glad that I didn't join a company which has this kind of toxic work culture.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Connected
Interview
Half an hour technical, half an hour behavioural questions. They ask you to whiteboard some solutions to technical questions in pair programming format. For the next half an hour, they ask behavioural questions about yourself, personal projects, what you perceive the company culture to be.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Given parameters of a character array and doubly linked list with character value nodes, check if the two data structures are anagrams (contain the exact same letters).

Interview
Asked a technical question framed in a real-life scenario. Wasn't that challenging but had to explain clearly. It's a pretty fair interview process. Now, I think they do pair programming interviews.
