3 Levels.
First level was a phone call with the interviewer in english. Basic questions about motivation and prior experience. About studies and plans for the future. Also about salary. Took about 20 minutes.
Second stage was the longest part. Over three hours long. Personal interview in the office. Constisted of three levels. First hour was interview with the team members - questions about your resume, experience with excel (some excel questions how to compare two files in excel 2010 for example), hobbies, motivation. How do you solve issues with your co-workers if the arise. Second stage was a hour long excel test on the notebook and also pen and paper test. Excel test dealt with basic questions like - finding some errors or strange things in the list. Listing some specific information based on the assumptions we needed. They also covered dates and text-to-column function. There was one taks involving writing a marko. Besides that there was pen and paper test. Mostly numerical analysis, some IQ questions or problem solving stuff. After that the thirst stage was the interview with the hiring manager. Questiosn legarding prioritazing work, working over hours, attachment to the job (he was trying to figure out if you gonna run away from job right after you get it). Some stuff from resume also was mentioned.
The third stage was the phone call from nanagers from US. What kind board games I like to play - can I explain them the rules. Questions about my studies and expectations for the future. This part took 20 minutes.
