As soon as I got to the place I was interviewed, didn't really have to wait. The process was easy and simple and the interviewers seemed to know about the field I was being interviewed for even though they did not previously held the position.

Interview
It was a open interview day. Depending on how you score you can chose from Verizon or Apple. I placed good on both so I still went with Apple. I think Verizon training is longer but alot of people dont pass the Apple test.

Interview
Strange process. You walk into a waiting room to fill in a very basic, one page initial questionnaire which informs you that you MUST have absolute availability 7 days per week from about 6am to 11pm, which leaves no room for a part-time job. The questionnaire tells you that no accommodations will be made. You also have to physically come here and pay $4-$6 dollars in parking to be informed that you are only paid $10 an hour during training, and then a whopping $10.50 per hour after completing training. Sweatshop wages.
