Conduent interview questions

had to take an assessment on customer service questions and had to take a typing assessment, then they will tell you if you have past the test, when you have past the test you will go into an interview possible that day. After the interview you will do background check and fill out paper work where you then will be given your training class date

very easy interviews. i had 2 interviews total. one was with recruiter, the other one with a team manager. recruiter over the phone. manager on Skype. very easy questions about customer service and technical support.
