Interview
Long and sloppy, they take more than 2 months to hire you, and even after that time you don't even have a computer to start working right away. If you are in an urge to get a job or change from your current one, be patient, I asked for more money because I knew salary increment was on hold for the whole company but they refused... as I needed the job I accepted it.

I applied for the work at home position on their website, 9 days later I got an email to take assessments their was 4 of them a 2 basic customer service test, 2 typing test , super easy took 30 mins. The next day I got an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview, gave her my availability and she called within 15 minutes, the recruiter was so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel so comfortable, she asked about previous job history and why you left the job. Asked if I ever did tech support before. We talked about the job in great detail and hours of operations and pay hourly, after that she moved forward with my process and I got a final interview via webcam with a hiring manger which was scheduled next day. Hiring manger was so pleasant as well, at this point the service they provided was so top notch I wanted this job! She asked me about my office set up and where my router was and if I had a room with a closed door, I said yes. She asked tech questions and how to deal with an irate customer. She said I will hear from someone soon. She was the absolute please A++ to he recruiter and hiring manager. Next day in the morning I got my offer letter Via email. Please experience even if I didn’t get the job.

Easy conversation going over what my previous work experience had been and why I thought I was qualified for the job. I was offered a job on the spot and went and completed my W-4 and everything else I needed and was scheduled for the next training class. Over all easy experience but I won't be with the company much longer after finding out how they run is a different story than I was told by recruiting.
