I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Conduent (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Filled app online...email sent to take assessment test... waiting on response. Think I did well pretty straight forward. Looking for a call back for moving forward with this process. Remember when hired for any customer service job...to try not take it personally. There is ways to de escalate a angry customer... My suggestion is also to do research on the companies you apply for.
Pretty easy interview. They wanna know if you're technologically competent, and whether or not you understand technical details about software, troubleshooting, etc. Other than that, you go through the background check and paperwork and there you go.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Conduent (Hyderabad)
Interview
1) Got a call from Bangalore HR and an interview was scheduled for the weekend at hotel-cum-coworking space in Hyderabad.
2)We were shunted into various "Waiting Halls" based on our skills set (irrespective of your experience you would be put into one of the waiting halls.
3)The HR Representative then keeps calling each person into another "hall" for a "telephonic interview" with the interviewer .
4)HR representative keeps forgetting who is appearing for which interview and i have seen numerous people being put on call with the wrong "interview panel" on the phone.
5) When my turn came, he called some interviewer on the phone who kept refusing to take any more interviews, the HR representative was literally begging the other person on the phone for this "last" interview (even though there were numerous people waiting behind me")
6) The interviewer was much junior in experience and was asking naive questions while expecting pre-defined answers (Mind you this is for an architect position).
7)After the interview , the HR representative called the interviewer for feedback in front of me and put the phone on speaker mode, the other person gave a negative feedback and the HR representative responded in sign language that i can leave.
8)Possibly one of the worst ways an "interview" can be conducted and the most unprofessional interview that I have ever attended in my 16 years experience in the IT industry.
