Conduent interview questions

3-4 Interviews and then about 30 days to onboard for the role several, there have been numerous layoffs and many departments are short staffed making other roles very taxed. In over 4 years no raise given no extra perks but saddled with more work every 6-8 months. No promotion from within.

Submitted my application through jobstreet and got a call after 2 days. Hiring process is very smooth. I was interviewed by hiring manager offshore. There's not much technical questions, more on scenario based question. Most her questions are also based on my answers and background. Had a positive experience with the hiring process. Will resubmit my application once I gained more experience in SQL.
