The process was really simple . Did the application and I was emailed to set up a phone interview. A lady called me and just went over basic company info and asked me a few simple questions. Told me I had to do a Skype interview with the hiring manager the next day, but I didn’t end up needing to do that part. Received a congratulations email 2-3 hours after I was supposed to do the Skype interview .

After sending out my application last February 19, I was phonescreened by one of their recruiter and was invited for a face to face interview on February 26. Hence, I went to their MOA site. During my interview with one of their supervisor, I was informed that they do not have any openings for recruitment specialist role hence they are offering me another position which is sourcing associate. I declined the offer because I felt that I was blindsided by the person who phonescreened me, he even indicated on the text message that there was a recruitment specialist. I informed the supervisor regarding with the miscommunication.

Interview
Very unprofessional for recuritment process. They call the candidate and forgot for few weeks. After few weeks they call again to setup the interview. Interviewer and HR never reamains on same page wrt timing/schedule as if candidate is just roaming around for their call to setup.
