Conduent interview questions

Vague, rushed, and filled with misinformation. Was told I would be hired as tech support but was thrown into billing.... took weeks to be scheduled for training. Recruiter seemed very kind but dismissive towards the end.

First level was online test. Second level was technical interview, where an inexperienced, unprofessional associate having no practical knowledge was asking only theory questions. Like history exact place of presence etc. The interviewer was not well qualified and have no brain at all. No tricky or brainy questions. Seems to be she was asking just speaking nursery rhymes, which need to be told correctly. If any error in rhymes words, gone. Only memory test, no brain test. Conduent need only parrots like their interviewers.
