Conduent interview questions

The interview process was kind of strange. I followed the interviewer into an empty in a warehouse setting (after he asked me to"grab and bring a chair" as we walked through the mailroom. The interview was then held in this large empty warehouse room, just he and I on the 2 chairs we dragged in. He asked me to tell him about myself. What he really should have said was for me to tell him my strengths, weaknesses, pros and cons. When I touched on some of my experiences he said we would get into that in the experience portion of the interview.
