Conduent interview questions

I applied online through an online ad. I was called and then asked to come in for testing and orientation. When I arrived I was brought into a classroom with several others and had to fill out tax forms, identification forms, etc on a computer assigned to me. I then completed a series of basic computer skills tests . Tests and paperwork took less than 2 hrs to complete. I then sat down with a manager and she told me I was hired and what my training class schedule would be and my job assignment. I started training class roughly a month later. I was told I would have to complete a drug test but I never did.

Planned, timely and process oriented. I had three rounds , two on domain and functionality fitment and the last on cultural fitment. you might get case studies and situational questions as well based on your past experience. They don't take much time to finalise the paper work and roll the offer if you are a good fitment.
