I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent (Toledo, OH) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very laid back and easy. The recruiter made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. She did ask a few questions that at first I thought were strange for the position at hand but made sense at the end of the interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent (Germantown, MD) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied on the company website. A recruiter called me after 4 or 5 days to ask further questions then decided I will be a good fit. I was asked to wait for an interview invite. I was interviewed by 2 managers for an hour.
In my opinion, I think the interviews went very well. I sent an email to the recruiter to ask for email addresses for my interviewers for me to send a thank you note but he did not reply. A few days later, I followed up with him to see if any decision has been made but still no reply. A couple of weeks later, I sent another email as a follow-up but never heard anything again, it has been almost 3 months.
Job search is hard and emotionally draining. A simple email to inform your potential employees of an interview they spent time preparing for won't be a bad idea. I ask that sometimes these recruiters put themselves in our shoes.
