there was a filtering test prior to the interview. the test focused on communication skills, aptitude, etc. just refer previous question papers of CTS before ur interview date to get an idea of the topics they focus on. the apti was comparatively easier than the communication skills part (comm skills part was time consuming). once passed through this test, it's interview. interviewer may question u based on the info provided in ur resume. be clear with what u put in there. n last of all, confidence is the key.

a written aptitude consisting of english,maths and puzzles was conducted at first round.after one 1 week the result of selected candidate was mailed to individuals.after 2 days the schedule for interview was sent and finally after 2rounds of technical and general interview final results of hr interview was published and given tha call letters
