Cognizant Senior Associate - Projects interview questions

Selection Procedure involved 3 rounds viz. Technical, Managerial & HR. In Technical Round I was asked to write sample code snippets, Managerial Round tested the Communication, Analytical, Problem Solving Approach. I had to wait till night for the HR round, which was also quite simple and straight-forward. The difficulty of questions was Medium. The process was smooth and swift. Offer letter took nearly 2 weeks to roll-out for me. Joining formalities were to be completed online before the Joining Date.

Asked most of the questions from your project and the design techniques u used in the process. Also some of the pops concepts with some programs. Mostly they will ask what you put in your resume. They mostly concentrate on your contribution in the project and your knowledge in the project.
