Interview
Interviewed on QA processes and software testing. It was a walk in interview. There were 2 rounds of interview, both technical rounds. After clearing the technical rounds there was discussion with HR. They said they would release the offer letter in 2-3 days , but there was no communication after that. After repeated follow ups, they sent a reply that the requirement has been put on hold. They should have at least communicated this on time.
I have heard from many of my friends that Cognizant's recruitment process is too slow and many time they get the offer letters after people join into a new company at the time of change!

Interview
There were two rounds of interview. First was Technical round and the second was HR round. In Tech round, it was basically a conversation between me and interviewer about my interests (movies, novels etc) and about my projects.
