Cognizant Associate interview questions

Went through an employee referral program. The initial interview was cancelled and HR took more than a week to intimate the rescheduling. Though there was a scheduled time for the interview, it was unduly delayed. The first round was more technical and assessed the basic knowledge and abilities for practical day to day responsibilities. The second round was purely hypothetical and based on theory. Final discussion with HR for designation and pay and there was no negotiation.
