In my exprience, the interview with Cloudworkers was very easy and they didn’t require any experience, as long as I can communicate in English well . We did the Interview via chat and they were very professional and straight to the point.
They ask questions to test you English comprehension skills. They also test your communication skills since communication is a vital part to your role. They also perform identity verification to verify if you are 18 years or older and you are a citizen the location you indicated to be resident in.
