I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied through a career fair at my university. They looked at my resume and were interested in me so they scheduled an interview on campus for the next morning. It was pretty relaxed (compared to other interviews). A mixture of basic behavioral questions, technical questions and some more information about my resume. The interview went on for about 45 minutes. The process took about 2 weeks for me.
