Straightforward interview process with lots of details given beforehand. Make sure to take advantage of it and prep for what they tell you to. Generally not too difficult and should be easy enough given some previous experience.
Recruiter call.
Coding test 2/4 seems to be enough for most candidates.
Power day - 1 coding, 1 system design, 1 behavioral and 1 business interview back to back.
After passing you will hear back from the recruiter if you pass or not and figure out your comp and start date
The process included a few phone interviews, and half day final round interview with 4 engineers and managers. I appreciate that the process is shorter than many other places, but they way they handle candidates is very poor. After I was told that I "passed" the final round interview and was to be matched with a team, I was ghosted by the company. Astonishingly, the same treatment was given to another applicant that I know personally. This is in my opinion highly unprofessional behavior.
