Capital One Software Engineer interview questions

Recruiter call. Coding test 2/4 seems to be enough for most candidates. Power day - 1 coding, 1 system design, 1 behavioral and 1 business interview back to back. After passing you will hear back from the recruiter if you pass or not and figure out your comp and start date

The process included a few phone interviews, and half day final round interview with 4 engineers and managers. I appreciate that the process is shorter than many other places, but they way they handle candidates is very poor. After I was told that I "passed" the final round interview and was to be matched with a team, I was ghosted by the company. Astonishingly, the same treatment was given to another applicant that I know personally. This is in my opinion highly unprofessional behavior.
