The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Fairfax, VA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Online Coding Test then four round powerday
Case Study and Debugging
Architecture and System Design
Behavioral
LeetCode Algorithms
Felt pretty well about everything apart from the algorithm problems as I didn’t run any code in the hankerrank coding pair. It also couldn’t use my preference of language as it wasn’t supported. It could have easily been solved with regex but you can’t look anything up. Also a very bad interviewer for that round, they were silent the entire time and not interactive. Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. You have to be lucky on the interviewers.
It’s also very exhausting. Please change it to be split over days. Not everyone can take the time out of work for 4-5 hours of straight interviews

Interview
This was the second time a cap1 recruiter reached out to me after applying (the first time I was ghosted after an intial discussion with the recruiter).
First step was an online assessment which consisted of two leetcode easy or medium level questions. They gave plenty of time to solve the questions.
Second step was called "power day" and for me it was 4 back to back zoom interviews with different people. there were 2 technical interviews, 1 case study interview, and 1 behavioral interview. For technical, just prep with leetcode. Case study was a little strange, but just be prepared to do a little bit of easy math and reason through a somewhat open ended question. They just want to see how you think.
