Capital One Software Developer interview questions

OA, then powerday like everyone describes. I wasn't expecting the questions I was asked. The technical was not leetcode, and the case is something you can't prepare for. Just expect to think about things from a business perspective or a marketing perspective, or from the consumers perspective. I enjoyed this interview, and I definitely learned many things from this experience.
