I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capital One (Plano, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Started with a quick 30 minute phone screening. I was asked a few behavioral questions, and was given a short case interview. A couple of weeks later, I was flown out by Capital One to Plano, Texas. There, I was given two hour-long case interviews, and one hour-long product interview. The Case interviews were a little tricky, and more mathematically oriented. The product interview was a straight forward discussion of a simple product that the interviewer chooses, and then a product that you get to choose.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Glen Allen, VA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Multiple Phone interview then 3 person panel. If they like you, then mathematical testing and personality profile testing will occur.
Overall process was not difficult, I would recommend brushing up on fractions and intermediate math skills for testing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Wilmington, DE) in Jun 2013
Interview
I did not have to interview for my position as I was brought into the company via a buyout. I cant really say anything more than that. I would help if I could
