I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
1. The first step was a phone call with a recruiter. I got this call by submitting my resume via Linkedin. It was a light conversation, very basic topics addressed like, "why are you applying", "why Capital One", and, "why are you leaving your current position".
2. Phone call with manager. This was much more tactical; see if you have the necessary PM skills.
3. On-site with 6 interviews. Long day.
4. Dinner with manager. Behavioral.
5. Offer extended
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They had 2 case questions and a design challenge as part of the 6 interviews. The design challenge was a take home homework assignment.

Interview
Was interviewed on Campus and then attended a Super Day at the Richmond office. The interviews all consisted of Case Studies along with some behavioral questions at either the beginning or end. All interviewers were very nice, but if you missed one part of the case study you messed it all up.
