Interview questions [1]

How are you managing multiple projects simultaneously? How do you work under pressure? What are your technical skills?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Phone interview followed by in-person. Two in-person interviews with two managers. Both more intent on getting to know you and your thought process. Overall, the interview made you feel like you were already contributing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were not really any specific questions. More of a discussion about my thoughts on challenges they were currently facing.

Interview
Initially, I would have said I had a great interview experience, especially when I got the call that they were going to offer me the job! I was very excited about it. Unfortunately, they called me back several days later and said the position had been cancelled (allegedly due to budgetary issues). Thankfully I hadn't put in my notice at my current position yet, but I consider it rather unprofessional to offer a job and then pull it because you didn't plan your budget well enough. So just be aware that an "offer" might not be as real as you think.
The process itself was pretty much exactly as described in the other reviews. Cap One makes no secret of how they interview and there's plenty of info out there to help you prepare if you look for it.
