Interview
First, you complete an assessment. Then, you do an "On Demand Interview" where you record your answers to a bunch of STAR questions. If you pass that, a recruiter will reach out to schedule an hour long interview with the Market Managers: one 30-minute behavioral interview and one 30-minute job fit interview. They asked a lot of STAR questions. Make sure you have at least 5 stories for the questions.

Question 1
1. Tell me a time when you had to adapt to changes in your workplace.
2. Tell me a time when you had to handle a frustrated customer.
3. Tell me a time when you helped someone with technology that they weren't familiar with.
4. What's one thing you think you would dislike about this role?
The interview process had three rounds.
The first was a behavioral round. It felt relaxed and conversational. The interviewer focused on getting to know me through questions like tell me about yourself and tell me about a time you faced a challenge.
The second and third rounds were technical, both centered on business case studies. In each round I was given a problem and asked to walk the interviewer through my thinking step by step to save the problem.

Interview
Business case interview: Be sure to practice calculating break-even points for businesses. Analyze the business from a revenue and cost perspective. Then calculate unit economics. Usually, volume is a key driver in these cases, and you will need to figure out at what volume you get to break even.
