Capital One interview questions

It all went pretty smoothly. Two rounds of case interviews. The first is pretty easy, but the second one, in my opinion, is quite hard. They focus on break even a lot so need to have a lot intuition on that end.

Initial phone screening with recruiter > 1 hour skills test (basic data assessment) > 10-20 hour Data Assessment coding challenge > Power day of 4 interviews (2 cases, 1 behavioral, 1 Data Assessment review). After reaching the power day and thinking I did well on it, the recruiter got back to me the following morning and said they did not want to move forward
