Three rounds, math portion wasn't bad I didnt do well on the last round of behavioral. The interviewers were very nice and understanding. The earlier you get your offer the earlier you can choose between the Arlington/Richmond office. Arlington office gets filled pretty quick

I was later sent a recruitment survey without any communication about the hiring decision. After another follow-up, I was told to check the status on the Workday account, where I discovered I was no longer under consideration—yet no formal rejection email was ever sent. During a challenging job market, this lack of closure and respect for a candidate’s time and effort—after participating in three rounds of interviews—was particularly disappointing. Advice to Management Provide timely updates and formal closure to candidates. Even a brief note explaining a delay shows respect for the effort candidates invest, and requesting a survey before sharing a decision undermines an otherwise professional interview process.
